MSc Human Resource Management (HRM) course is ideal for students from any academic discipline who want to build a successful career in HR. The course is designed specifically to enable those who are seeking to start such a career, to gain a Masters qualification in HRM through completing a course of study that has been approved by the professional body for HR practitioners
During their studies, students will explore a full range of HRM approaches, techniques, and methodologies. The modules will provide them with a solid grounding in HRM and its practice in contemporary organizations
Students can gain internationally-relevant skills that create career opportunities in consultancy, recruitment, training and other HR roles which facilitate global business. The emphasis is on applying knowledge, skills, and techniques to analyze HRM practices and strategies
The Consultancy Experience Project (or an Applied Dissertation, on the two-year course) gives students the opportunity to apply the knowledge and analytical skills they have acquired throughout their studies enabling them to make costed recommendations to the senior managers of a real organization on a business HR issue
If students start their Masters in September they can apply for the two-year option where they can add a year’s work placement onto their course and the fees for the second year would be increased to £17,865 from the initial fees of £16,400

Bachelors	50.0% Applicant must have three and four-year Bachelors degrees with 55% (2.2) from other recognized universities or, Applicants with Grades of 50% (2.2) from the University of Mumbai, the University of Kolkata and University of Delhi are also accepted or, Applicants will need an undergraduate degree equivalent to a UK undergraduate honors degree (2.2 or above) or, Applicants with grades of 50%+ in Masters degree from recognized universities in India
Exams	IELTS: 6.5 6.5 with a minimum of 5.5 in each component PTE: 62 62 (with no less than 51 in any component)
Additional info	To meet the University’s language requirements students will need one of the following: A degree from the following universities: The University of Mumbai The University of Delhi The University of Calcutta The University of Bangalore The University of Pune The University of Chennai/Madras Anna University Osmania University The University of Goa OR; Higher Secondary Certificate (Standard XII) with 70/100 (70%) or 160/200 (80%)
