Corporate Finance MSc includes:
- Comprehensive training in finance with a special focus on corporate finance, such as the valuation of firms and investment projects, optimal capital structure, mergers and acquisitions, and financial accounting
- Wide range of elective modules
- Optional, ungraded modules (eg C++, Python, Matlab, financial trading on Bloomberg and other trading-room systems, technical analysis)
The structures which students have to study:
- Optional pre-semester modules in maths and statistics
- Six compulsory taught modules
- Three elective modules
- Dissertation (7,000 words)
The module aims to develop an understanding of how firms raise external finance and design their capital structure.

Class 12th	No specific cutoff mentioned
Bachelors	50.0% A good 2:2 (50% to 60%) or above at undergraduate level in any subject, provided the degree contains satisfactory study of Mathematics and Statistics. Subjects likely to contain sufficient quantitative elements include Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics and Finance. Students from less quantitatively oriented degrees, such as Accounting, Management and Politics, are welcome if they have focused on the more quantitative elements of those degrees.
Exams	IELTS: 6.5 6.0 in Writing, and 5.5 in Reading, Listening and Speaking. PTE: 62 57 in Writing, and 51 in Reading, Listening and Speaking.
