  • 2:2 honors degree in a construction-related subject, or,
  • Corporate membership of an appropriate construction industry-related professional body which has been approved for this purpose by the University, preferably alongside industry experience at the managerial level, or
  • An alternative approved construction industry-related professional qualification, together with appropriate industrial experience at managerial level in the construction industry
  • Applicant must have three and four-year Bachelors degrees with  55% (2.2) from other recognized universities or,
  • Applicants with Grades of 50% (2.2) from the University of Mumbai, the University of Kolkata and University of Delhi are also accepted or,
  • UK honors degree (minimum 2.2) or equivalent or,
  • Applicants with grades of 50%+ in Masters degree from recognized universities in India
  • Applicants with relevant employment experience or qualifications will also be considered

 

ExamsIELTS: 6.5
  • 6.5 with a minimum of 5.5 in each component

PTE: 62
  • 62 (with no less than 51 in any component)

  • To meet the University’s language requirements students will need one of the following:
