Students are prepared to successfully transition into leadership positions in their field of expertise and to move into a general leadership role outside their area of technical expertise as their careers grow.
This degree program is open to individuals with a technical undergraduate degree who wish to develop their leadership and management skills to complement their technical expertise.

Minimum of a 3.00 cumulative GPA (scale is 4.0=A) in the last 60 hours of a student’s bachelor’s degree program. Admission to the graduate degree program presupposes adequate technical preparation in a selected ?technology at the undergraduate level. The applicant’s past work and professional experience are also evaluated ?and taken into consideration. Undergraduate course work of admitted applicants to this program generally includes calculus, technical writing, and statistics. Students without a statistics course at the undergraduate level will be assigned a statistics deficiency course.
