Documents Required:

  • Unofficial transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended are required (including study abroad, post-graduate work, etc.). Degree audits will not be accepted in lieu of unofficial transcripts
  • Applicants whose transcripts are not in English must provide both original language and English-translated transcripts
  • One written essay is required as part of the online application. The written essay question is as follows:
    • Why are you interested in pursuing an MBA at this stage of your career, and how will the Brandeis MBA program prepare you to contribute to the global business community? (500 words)
    • Additionally, applicants must respond to a short answer question regarding their career goals. If necessary, applicants may provide additional information, not mentioned elsewhere in their application, that they would like the Admissions Committee to consider as part of their application
  • Video Essay: Applicants must submit a brief video responding to two questions posed by the International Business School community.
    • The Video Essay is a great way for the Admissions Committee to learn a little bit more about the applicant. he/she will be prompted to complete the Video Essay once he/she has submitted his/her application
  • A current resume detailing educational and employment history is required
    • The University also requires a detailed employment history as part of the online application so that they may fully understand the applicant's previous and current roles and assess his/her career progression
  • Two recommendations are required for this program
    • Both recommendations should come from professional contacts (current supervisor, former supervisor, mentor, co-worker, client, etc.)
  • GMAT OR GRE Scores (not required but students have the option to submit their scores for consideration)
  • Proof Of English Langauge proficiency
