    • The applicant already has at least 5 years of full-time professional experience that includes for some time the responsibility of managing others or managing a budget, or experience in information technology or data analysis
    • The applicant has at least a 3.25 undergraduate GPA from an accredited college or university and at least 3 years of full-time professional experience
