  • Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university in the biological or physical sciences or a related field
  • Subjects recommended: chemistry, biology, physics, calculus, and other advanced courses in chemistry, biology, additional calculus, and introductory statistics 
  • Additional course recommendation as per emphasis:
    • Ecology Organismal Population: statistics, ecology, Genetics, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, and evolutionary biology
    • Cell Molecular Physiological: organic chemistry, genetics, cell biology, and biochemistry
    • Chemical Biology: organic chemistry, biochemistry, and cell biology

  • With section scores of 21 on writing and 19 on reading

IELTS: 6.5
  • With 6.5 section scores for both writing and reading

  • With 59 section scores for both writing and reading

GRE: Accepted
  • GRE General Examination test scores of 60th percentile or above is preferred
  • GRE Subject Test scores in Biology, Biochemistry, or Cell and Molecular Biology are not required, they are considered in decisions on admission and financial support if submitted
