  • Applicants must have earned a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a GPA of 3.0 or better
  • A graduate degree or professional degree or equivalent from a regionally accredited U.S. institution or its equivalent from a foreign institution in a field related to the discipline of the program to which the student is applying.
  • An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering is desirable but not required
  • Applicants without a strong undergraduate background in Computer Science or Statistics must demonstrate an understanding of the material covered in the following undergraduate courses:
    • Computer Science II – Algorithms, Data Structures
    • Object-Oriented Programming – Object-Oriented Programming Concepts, Expression of Concepts in a Language
    • Database Systems – Relational Databases, Structured Query Language
    • Statistical Methods I – Probability Distributions, Data Organization
    • Statistical Methods III – Regression Analysis
