Bachelors	2.7 GPA The department requires a minimum of 2.75 GPA in upper-level undergraduate coursework and a GPA of 3.0 or above is recommended The following guidelines for GPA conversion can be used: A GPA of 3.0 (four-year) or better or B average is equivalent to 65 percent for students from India A GPA of 2.8 to 3.0 is equivalent to 59 to 64 percent for students from India Prerequisites required: Students are required to complete the following prerequisite courses in circuits, linear systems, and programming, digital electronics, microcomputers, semiconductors, electromagnetics, and control theory Wayne State undergraduates with more than 3.0 undergraduate GPA receive automatic admission into the MS program
