  • Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant non-engineering field such as architecture or business with a minimum of 3.0 GPA 
  • In general, four-year technology degrees are not acceptable
  • As a condition of admission, students may be required to take additional prerequisite courses depending on their previous academic background
    • Prerequisite: probability and statistics and engineering economics or financial analysis

  • with Reading, listening and writing part scores all 20 or higher

IELTS: 6
  • with reading, listening and writing part scores all 5.5 or higher

PTE: 58
  • With no part score below 53 in Listening, Reading, and Writing.

GRE: Accepted
  • Most admitted applicants have at least a 155 on the Quantitative Section of the exam

Additional info
  • A minimum of two years of construction-related employment is preferred for applicants with bachelor’s degrees in fields other than architecture
