- The course will develop the knowledge; skills and attitudes appropriate to middle and senior management and advanced practitioners in the HR field

- Critically analyze how resourcing, talent management, and reward strategies are developed and evaluate the different theories and perspectives within employment law and employee relations
- Synthesise relevant critical thinking through academic research completing an independent research project/dissertation at Masters level
