This course prepares students to work in radio and television newsrooms and factual programming. They will be taught how to research and write their own stories, conduct effective interviews and record and edit for audio and video using the latest digital technology
This course will provide students with a solid grounding in media law, public administration and ethics, and regulation. They will become familiar with studios, be given professional voice training to help their presentation skills, and gain a solid grounding in media law, public administration, ethics and regulation
Students will also work with other students on regular news days that replicate industry practice, producing news packages for radio, television and the online news blog

Bachelors	50.0% Applicant must have three and four-year Bachelors degrees with 55% (2.2) from other recognized universities or, Applicants with Grades of 50% (2.2) from the University of Mumbai, the University of Kolkata and University of Delhi are also accepted or, UK honors degree (minimum 2.2) or equivalent or, Applicants with grades of 50%+ in Masters degree from recognized universities in India Applicants with relevant employment experience or qualifications will also be considered
Exams	IELTS: 6.5 6.5 with a minimum of 5.5 in each component PTE: 62 62 (with no less than 51 in any component)
