- Documents required:
- Academic achievement (including predicted and achieved grades): Transcripts/mark sheets and proof of existing qualifications
- Two academic references: from tutors who have taught the student at university
- CV: Includes the employment history or other professional experience, including internships
- Statement of academic purpose: The total length of the academic statement of purpose – including the answers to the below questions - should, therefore, be between 1,000 & 1,500 words
- Write a short academic statement of purpose (up to 600 words) about why you want to do the programme. This might cover, for example, what you will bring to the cohort, and what are your particular strengths.
- Also, students should answer the following questions (answers should be approximately 300 words each):
- Explain, in your own words, the main things that managers do.
- How will studying management theory help you to understand management practice?
- What do you hope to gain by studying management at the LSE?
- Students with a GMAT score below 600 are very unlikely to be offered a place on the programme
- Work experience is not required, however, students with experience (anything from 3 months to more than 5 years) are welcome. Please detail any relevant experience in the application
- ELP should be waived off if the applicants have a degree taught in English
