The course provides students with an understanding of fundamental topics such as principles of people management and development, reward management, organization development, leadership, coaching and mentoring, employee relations, and employee engagement
Students will learn threshold concepts and models, develop people management and development skills, understand the principles of professional and ethical practice, and explore tools for influencing others
A unique feature of the MA Human Resource Management and Development is the way in which students begin the course by being immersed in the full spectrum of HR knowledge and skills

Bachelors	50.0% Applicants with second class honours degree 50% or above in an appropriate subject with an applied quantitative element normally required Applicants with other degrees are welcome to apply provided they can demonstrate appropriate levels of experience Applicants without formal qualifications need to demonstrate relevant work experience and the ability to study at postgraduate level
Exams	IELTS: 6.5 With a minimum 6.0 in all components PTE: 58 With 51 in all components
Additional info	Applicants who have 70% in Standard 12th will be waived from the English Language requirement, Not accepted from the Punjab or Haryana boards.
