The University of Evansville is situated in Evansville, Indiana. It is a fully-accredited, private, liberal arts and sciences based university. It was established in 1854 by John C. Moore. The university is affiliated with the United Methodist Church. The university is headed by President Christopher M. Pietruszkiewicz.
The university’s campus covers 75 acres and includes 31 major buildings. Olmsted Administration Hall is the oldest building on campus. The university operates a satellite center, Harlaxton College in Grantham, England.
