Founded in the year 1874, State University of New York Maritime College or SUNY Maritime College is a reputable public college situated in New York City. It was the first of its kind college that was made an integral part of the State University of New York system. The institution is accredited by Middle States Commission on Higher Education.
The oldest and largest maritime school in the country, Maritime College is located in historic Fort Schuyler, Bronx, New York, just minutes away from New York City.
