Loyola Marymount University is a Marymount Research and Private Jesuit University. It is the parent school to Loyola Law School. Established in 1865, the university provides 55 minor courses and 60 major undergraduate courses across its six colleges. The graduate division provides 12 credential and 51 master’s degree courses, as well as 1 Juris doctoral, 1 education doctoral and 1 doctorate in juridical science programs.
Situated in Los Angeles, California, the university is one of the largest Roman Catholic Universities on the US West Coast as of 2019. The university provides an Air Force ROTC course, an Honours degree in which pupils have a different core curriculum and many year-long, semester and summer study abroad programs across Australia, America, Asia, Europe and Africa.
