Online classes can be a good option until the COVID-19 situation improves, and online classes at CityU are cheaper than in-person classes.

If you apply to be an F-1 student and are taking online classes full-time abroad, this time counts towards accruing the one year of classes necessary to qualify for OPT. CityU’s summer quarter classes will be online, and the fall quarter has yet to be decided. Apply for the quarter you intend to study, and you can always take online classes if necessary, or defer to the next quarter.
