CALUMS (California University of Management and Sciences) was established in 1998. Dr David Park founded the university in Anaheim. The first campus of California University of Management and Sciences was opened in 1998 in Anaheim in California. The second campus of the university was opened in 2008 in Fairfax in Virginia.
