This course provides the essential framework, concepts and toolkit required for the strategic management of sustainable logistics and the supply chain
Students will have the opportunity to study the challenges of achieving clean growth through circular economy thinking and the responsible management of resources and waste minimization
The pursuit of sustainability will be explored using theory and practice-based frameworks related to business responsibility, corporate sustainability and sustainable development, and students will be introduced to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and will examine how businesses can collaborate to achieve them
The course provides an additional 6-month professional practice placement opportunity at the end of the course
This allows students with limited experience to put the skills and techniques developed throughout the Master’s degree into practice. This option would be of particular interest to international students
