To understand how to manage people, students need to understand their point of view and the context within which they are working
For that reason students won’t just study management theory and practice, students will explore all the key business disciplines, including management, marketing, accounting, finance, operations, logistics, human resources, organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, business creation, and branding
Students will gain a broad understanding of markets and how and why they work the way they do
Students will learn from leading academics and practitioners in each field, immersing in all aspects of business, learning something about everything and developing an awareness of a diverse range of business issues

Bachelors	60.0% Applicants must have a Bachelors degree, including business degrees NB: There is numerical content in a range of modules on the course, students need a competent level of numeracy to complete the course Applicants must possess 2:1 in their undergrad degree Exceptional applicants who do not meet the standard admission criteria of a 2.1 honors degree will be assessed on an individual basis and may be required to provide further materials in support of their application
Exams	IELTS: 6.5 With a minimum of 5.5 in all components PTE: 58 with a minimum 42 in all components
Additional info	Applicants who have passed standard XII for not more than 10 years with 70% in English, from SSC, CBSE or CISCE will be exempted from ELP requirement
