The MSc Human Resource Management is practice-focused and provides students with the opportunity to build the essential skills needed to be a human resource management practitioner
In the final semester, students will also have the opportunity to do a consultancy case study, acting as an HR consultant to fictional companies, while solving realistic HR problems
The postgraduate Human Resource Management (HRM) course builds on core human resource management theory and practice to examine the range of people management challenges which organizations face

Class 12th	50% Applicants must have a bachelors degree with a minimum score of 50% from Tier 1 College/ University (namely the University of Mumbai, University of Calcutta, University of Delhi) or 55% from a Tier 2 College/University Applicants without these formal qualifications but with significant appropriate/relevant work/life experience are encouraged to apply
Exams	IELTS: 6.5 With no less than 5.5 in each skill PTE: 61 With no less than 55 in each component
Additional info	English language test requirement may be waived on a case-by-case basis if students are having bachelors with the medium of instruction in English within the last five years. University will require an official letter from the University or College
