  • A good honours degree (high 2:2) in any subject
  • A keen and informed interest in HRM and persuasive reasons for believing that a career in Human Resource Management is suited to your particular strengths, interests and abilities.
  • If Applicant do not have a first degree, may still be able to take the course but you will need to complete a written assessment exercise

Entry requirements for postgraduate courses vary from institution to institution and have been determined by both the length of the degree and the section of university (as defined by the NOOSR list):

  • NOOSR Section 1 - 2.6 GPA or 48% for a three-four year degree, 45% from a five-year degree.

  • NOOSR Section 2 – 2.8 GPA or 55% for all degrees

  • Applicants with 70% in English in Higher Secondary School Certificate/Indian School Certificate - Standard XII from CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB can fulfill English language requirement
