  • Applicants typically require an honours degree of 2:2 or above. Applicants who do not meet this requirement may be considered if they provide evidence of professional experience and/or a strong creative portfolio
  • Applicants should have a good working knowledge of programming, gained from work, university study or personal interest
  • Applications from individuals entering with industry experience, or from undergraduate study in fields such as computer science, creative computing, digital media, games development, digital art, and creative technologies are encouraged to apply
  • Applicants who have not graduated from a technical subject but have some experience in colliding computing with other disciplines are welcomed

  • With 5.5 in each component

PTE: 51
  • With a minimum of 51 in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing

  • ELP Waiver:
    • If the undergraduate degree held by the applicant was taught in the medium of English
    • Where HSC is older than five years, we will consider the application HSC another piece of evidence, such as evidence of working in an English language environment or similar. 
    • Where the applicant has achieved 65% or higher in HSC (all state boards) if those results are within the previous 5 years
  • Interview:
    • Applicants may be asked to attend an interview via telephone or skype
    • Applicants might be required to attend an interview as part of the selection process for a postgraduate course which is usually a 30-minute discussion of their experience and any work submitted with the application
