- Applicants must have any one of the following in a discipline relevant to built environment such as architecture, building surveying, civil engineering, commercial management, construction management, project management or quantity surveying:
-A 3 year degree with an average of at least 60%
-A 4 year degree with an overall average of at least 55%
- If applicant's bachelor degree is not in a related subject then relevant experience of minimum five years in the civil or construction environment is required
