The program covers more than just the mining and analysis of data — it explores the wider application of big data to all business functions and creation of new business models
The Program consists of five compulsory modules and three optional modules followed by the Main Project over the summer period on completion of Semester 2
Students will develop their knowledge of the organization, administration, and governance of this data, as well as honing their analytical, organizational and leadership skills
Through this program students will:
- Prepare themselves as one of tomorrow’s managers and business executives with unique exposure to current business opportunities, challenges, and developments in the area of big data business management
- Develop and demonstrate their own knowledge with a project dissertation
- Undertake work-based placements with leading companies
