  • Applicants must have 2:1 Hons degree (UK or equivalent) in an appropriate Biosciences subject such as Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or Biochemistry
  • Eligible related subjects are also considered
  • At least 3 years of bachelor's degree is required
  • At least 60% overall, with at least 55% in each year (year 2 onwards)
ExamsIELTS: 6.5
With a minimum of 5.5 in each element of the test
PTE: 58
With a minimum of 42 in each component of the test

Documents Required:

  • Applicants will need to upload an official copy of their degree transcript to show that they meet or expect to meet the entry requirements
    • The transcript needs to include the subjects that they have studied, their marks for these, and confirmation of their degree award
    • If the applicant has not completed his/her studies, please provide an interim transcript. If the applicant is studying outside the UK and his/her university’s grading scale is not detailed on the transcript then he/she will also need to provide this
  • Applicants need to submit the Personal statement
    • Applicants should tell us why you are applying for the course, what you hope to gain from your studies and how it fits in with your future plans. We recommend a maximum of 500 words
  • Proof of English language ability
  • Submit a copy of the passport
  • Two References are required
    • Ideally, one should be from someone who can comment on the applicant's suitability for academic study
    • For example, a tutor who has taught the applicant during his/her previous studies
    • Professional reference may be accepted if the applicant is unable to provide an academic reference
