The MSc in Advanced Mechanical Engineering has been developed to provide high-calibre mechanical engineering graduates with an in-depth technical understanding of advanced mechanical topics, together with generic skills that will allow them to contribute effectively in developing company capabilities
This course will help the students to gain expert knowledge in advanced mechanical engineering topics
Furthermore, the applicants will also get an opportunity to take modules in general skills such as project management and risk analysis

MSc students take on an individual project which allows the study of a selected topic in-depth. This may be an industry-themed project or one aligned to engineering research at Strathclyde

Bachelors	60.0% Applicants must hold first or upper second-class Honours degree from a UK university, or overseas equivalent, in engineering or physical sciences, or equivalent professional qualification. A lower-class degree may be considered with relevant work experience University is looking for a first-class undergraduate degree (approx 60%) from a recognized Indian institution Applicants with 55% marks from University of Mumbai, University of Calcutta, University of Delhi, IITs, and IIMs will also be considered
Exams	IELTS: 6.5 No individual test score below 5.5
