  • Applicants must have completed a baccalaureate in Computer Science or a related discipline before beginning the master’s program.
  • Students must complete the work prior to starting their MS degree:
    • C programming, object-oriented programming language (C++ or Java), data structures, assembly language programming, computer architecture, or computer organization, an elementary course in algorithms and analysis, advanced programming with UNIX, one semester of calculus, discrete mathematics, and an elementary course in probability or statistics.
  • Minimum of 3.00 on 4.0 scale.
  • Students whose overall GPA is 2.75 to 2.99 may be admitted under some circumstances.
