The course will develop a strong grounding in mathematics, design, manufacturing and mechanical engineering
The student will study automotive manufacturing, engine systems, vehicle dynamics, materials and structures, and safety
Students will gain hands-on experience, testing designs for automotive projects
Students will complete work placements in areas like product development, vehicle dynamics and design, and manufacturing
Careers range from automotive design to manufacture and maintenance
Students will see automotive engineering in action at facilities such as Castle Combe, Jaguar Land Rover’s manufacturing facility and Nissan’s technical R&D center

Class 12th	65% A-level subjects: Grade C in Mathematics plus a pass in one of the following subjects: Biology; Chemistry; Computing/Computer Science; Design and Technology; Electronics; Engineering; ICT; Further Maths; Music Technology; Physics; Statistics. Maths requirement can also be met by the Cambridge Pre-U Mathematics at Merit 3 INDIA: Higher Secondary School Certificate/Indian School Certificate (standard XII) from the following boards CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB with 65% including grade C in at least five subjects Students with lower grades may be considered for entry onto a foundation degree Applicants who have standard IIX from other state boards should contact the International Development Office for further information
Exams	IELTS: 6 A minimum overall IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0 with 5.5 in each component PTE: 50 Overall score of 50 with at least 51 in each component (Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking).
Additional info	Score of 70% and above in English in Standard XII from CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB boards can fulfill English language requirement
