Students will have the opportunity to develop knowledge on the role of customer insights and enhanced customer engagement focussing on direct and relationship marketing and their implementation, with emphasis on a market-oriented, customer driven approach to marketing strategies
The course will equip students with the knowledge of key management areas such as marketing, finance, people management and strategy, applying real world business case studies to develop your professional and leadership skills
