  • One of the following: A 2:2 honors degree in Construction Management or another appropriate Built Environment subject; OR Graduate Certificate in Construction Management awarded by Anglia Ruskin University; OR CIOB Graduate Diploma; or Membership at an appropriate level of a recognized construction institution, such as RIBA, RICS, CIOB, ICE. A non-cognate honors degree (2.2 or above) will be considered on an individual basis. Applicants may be invited for an interview
  • Those who do not possess an honors degree, but have a degree or degree equivalent qualification and/or appropriate work experience at a suitable level within an organization for an appropriate length of time, will be considered; applicants may be interviewed. Qualifications from an approved professional body will also be taken into account
  • If the applicant is applying to any postgraduate course they must hold one of the following:
    • 3-year Bachelors or 4 years Bachelor Engineering or Technology, minimum division 2 (50% - 59%) in relevant subjects
    • a recognized pre-Masters course
ExamsIELTS: 6.5
  • Overall 6.5 in IELTS with nothing lower than 5.5 in any of the four elements (listening, speaking, reading and writing)

PTE: 61
  • PTE with 61 overall and a minimum of 51 in all components
