  • It is a non-thesis 33 credits degree. However, students can choose to pursue MS degree which is thesis-based and 30 credits
  • Students partner with faculty and industry to solve real-world problems, enhancing their experience and gaining valuable skills for their futures

Entry Criteria

Bachelors3.0 GPA
  • Applicants must have a minimum overall Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.00-grade scale equivalent to U.S. bachelor’s degree
  • Applicant should hold a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and demonstrate a strong background in computer engineering, computer programming, electronics, mathematics, chemistry and physics
  • If applicants do not meet the minimum 3.00 GPA, their application can be considered for admission if they:
    • earned an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher for your last 60 semester credits or 90 quarter credits

    OR

    • worked in the program specific profession for 5+ years 
    • obtained a letter of support from a faculty member in the department 
    • written a detailed statement/essay describing applicant's professional experience and potential to succeed academically
  • Applicants not holding a B.S. degree in civil engineering are required to show evidence of completing the following undergraduate coursework:

    • mathematics through differential equations
    • one semester of chemistry
    • one semester of calculus-based physics
    • one semester of engineering statics
