Illinois Tech’s Master of Engineering Management program allows new engineering graduates to explore the possibilities offered by advancing technology through strategic business practices
This program is also recommended for seasoned employees seeking to gain a second skillset for their engineering portfolio
Master of Engineering Management program features two specialty tracks—Project Management or Product Design and Development
Both tracks will provide students with an accelerated pathway to management positions within engineering-based industries and will enable students to make decisions at the site, company, industrial, and sector levels
In the Project Management track, students learn how to make economic decisions, administer contracts, manage construction equipment, analyze productivity, and address legal problems
Coursework includes topics in contract administration and transportation asset management, in addition to entrepreneurship and intellectual property management

Additional info	During the admission process, Illinois Tech waives TOEFL or IELTS requirements if the applicants: first or native language is English have received a degree from an English-speaking institution and have attended that school for at least two years school’s official medium of instruction is in English, per transcripts
