- Studying International Relations involves considering some of the most important issues facing the world today
- This course will give students a firm grounding in the practical and conceptual tools necessary to explain and analyse a range of issues facing policy-makers and citizens across the globe
- This course focuses on:-
- applying theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios and problems, including terrorism, conflict, globalisation, democratisation and international crises
- Embedding employability through innovative assessments that help students develop the skills that employers in this field want, such as policy analysis, report writing, case based analysis and research methods
- Encouraging students to develop their own interests in the diverse field of International Relations
- Students will be taught by a team of passionate academics with diverse interests in fields including conflict resolution, citizenship, terrorism and political violence, democratic participation, nationalism, social movements and identities
- Students will also have the opportunity to work alongside experts to design and manage their own research project on International Relations
