    • English 40G/40S or equivalent;
    • Consumer/Essential Mathematics 40G/40S or equivalent
  • Program requirements include participating in live restaurant and event operations outside of the typical daily schedule and include early mornings, evenings and weekend hours. Alcohol and a variety of culinary traditions are part of the program
  • Minimum 60% in Math and English; Applied Math 40S is recommended
  • Graduation from Higher Secondary School or Junior College or Technical School. The following Certificates are accepted:

  • Age restriction: Must be 18 years of age by program start date
