  • Two Teacher Recommendations
    • These recommendations must come from teachers who taught the applicant in academic disciplines
    • One must come from a math or science teacher
  • Any documents that are part of an application file and not in English, need to be officially translated into English and submitted along with the original documents
  • Applicants need to answer the Columbia-specific questions
