  • Portfolio: The online portfolio should consist of 12 good quality images of the student's strongest artwork
    • 2D and 3D work in any medium are accepted in jpeg or PDF file format. Time-based work, such as video, is submitted in up to-3 minute samples of the current work
    • Online Submission Instructions Image file size should not exceed 1400 pixels on the longest dimension or 4 megabytes per file. Video links must be entered in the space provided on the Add Item page provided
  • SUNY New Paltz is SAT/ACT optional for the Spring 2021, Fall 2021, and Spring 2022 semesters (unless applying to an accelerated medical program)
  • The middle 50% high school averages of our accepted freshmen:  90.0 - 95.0 (Freshman profile, Fall-2019)
