  • Management majors are prepared to understand the “big picture” rather than focus on highly specialized, often rapidly changing, areas of study. 
  • This requires an ability to think and act on one’s own with confidence that only comes from an ability to see and appreciate what most highly focused specialists cannot.
  • The Department of Management offers two core courses;
    • Managerial and
    • Interpersonal Behavior (MGMT 3101) and
    • Strategic Management (MGMT 4900) along with elective courses in international business, entrepreneurship, management consulting, venture consulting, negotiations, managing a diverse workforce, and managing human capital.
  • Students may follow the entrepreneurship concentration curriculum, or choose to pursue an area of emphasis in managing consulting, human capital management, or international business.

  • Applicants must have completed 12th from a recognized Institution.
  • The following college preparatory courses are required for all first-year applicants:
    • 4 years of English
    • 3 years of math (algebra I, algebra II, and geometry)
    • 2 years of social studies (including 1 year of U.S. history)
    • 2 years of a single foreign language (3 years strongly recommended)
    • 2 years of laboratory science
    • 3 years of electives
