Entry Criteria

Class 12th60%
  • Applicants must get a minimum of 60% marks from Indian School Certificate (CISCE)
  • Applicants must get grade 12 from the All India Senior School Certificate (CBSE). Overall grades in best 4 subjects
  • CBSE results are generally recorded as letter grades, based on A1=5, A2=4.5, B1=3.5, B2=3, C1=2, C2=1.5, D1=1,D2=0.5 and E = 0.0
  • Applicants must have studied Mathematics
ExamsTOEFL: 82
  • With a minimum score of 22 in the writing section, 18 in the reading section, 20 each in the Speaking and Listening section

IELTS: 6.5
  • No band less than 6.0 (must include Academic Reading and Writing modules)

PTE: 64
  • With a minimum score of 59 in the speaking and writing sections, and no less than 54 in the listening and reading sections

Additional info
  • This major requires a certain level of Mathematics. If students do not meet this level, they may be able to take additional Mathematics units in their first year to satisfy this requirement
  • Applicants with English language components with a minimum grade B2 (CBSE) or 60% (CISCE) are exempted from providing English language proficiency
  • Applicants with International Baccalaureate Diploma with English A1 at HL or SL - Minimum score 4; English A2 at HL or SL - Minimum score 4; English B at HL - Minimum score 5 are also exempted from providing the English language proficiency requirement
