The purpose of the undergraduate standard major is to include the study of architecture within a comprehensive liberal arts education, drawing from the broader academic and professional environment of the Yale School of Architecture
Its curriculum includes work in design; in history, theory, and criticism of architecture; and in urban studies
Concentrations offered are as follows- Design concentration, History, Theory, and Criticism concentration, Urban Studies concentration, Digital media orientation, Library orientation, Shop orientation

Additional info	Interview- Interviews are an optional part of the application process at Yale Alumni interviews are conducted by the Yale Alumni Schools Committee (ASC) wherever there is a local association ELP waiver- Applicants who have studied in a school/college where English was a primary language of instruction, will be exempted from ELP requirement
